Most of us walk around with either tight shoulders, neck, upper back, lower back, hips or glutes. I’ve not run into anyone in my over 50 years on this earth that does not have some sort of constant and nagging pain in the background of their lives.
When we first showed The TRS-120 to average users of all shapes, sizes and ages, this was really obvious. Some saw the Total Relief Station from a distance and immediately knew what to do with it, and exactly where their constant nagging pain was. Others found what was bugging them once they begin using it and feeling what was going on. At that point they become aware of how messed up their body really was.
Either of these groups might be representative of you but to a large degree, all of us are guilty of ignoring our body’s nagging pain.
Some portion of it comes down to the fact that there has not been a convenient and reasonable way to work through it. Another part of it is a lack of understanding of how injuries compounds over time without us intervening in a meaningful way. That is why I say that ignoring your pain is not a treatment plan.
One of the most obvious benefits of the Total Relief Station is that because it’s permanently wall-mounted it is always there for you. Whenever you see it, it serves a trigger for you to think about what is going on with your body.. This is a really key factor in allowing you to not only explore where it hurts, which is generally the symptom, but also allow you the time and space to identify the real source of that pain.
If you are one of the millions ignoring your aches and pains you’re walking around with a probably low level, annoying pain that makes everything else you need to accomplish harder. Being aware of your body and not only the symptoms, but also the sources of your pain are really key to better performance and all areas of your life.
Please don’t be like I was for so many years and allow individual injuries to linger way longer than they should. When I was younger, I had this belief that if I just allowed my body time to heal that it would magically heal itself. This is the case in only a small percentage of cases with the vast majority require your conscious effort.
If you are doing physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy then you know the fantastic benefits that you feel after a session. The Total Relief Station in your home or your gym will allow you to extend the benefits of each of those sessions. All professionals will tell you that they can only do so much and you need to take responsibility for your own self-care. They want you to do this, so why don’t you quit ignoring the constant and nagging pain and take a look at the Total Relief Station TRS – 120 by Max-Traxx?
Ignoring your body telling you that it’s in pain is not a treatment plan, but applying conscious daily effort to alleviating not only the symptoms, but the sources of the pains is.
